Our Shipping Policy
All orders over $45.99 are shipped free. Orders $45.99 or less are shipped for only $5! Order a bunch of gluten free biscuit mixes to hit the free shipping threshold. Split an order with friends! Make gluten free biscuits for your neighbors! Order ahead for the holidays - biscuits make great gifts and can make your holiday mornings a lot easier!

We ship orders out same day for all in-stock products. You will receive a shipping confirmation email from our shipping service as well as an order fulfillment confirmation email from Shopify. Please check your spam or junk folders for these confirmation messages.

Use the USPS or UPS tracking numbers provided in the shipping confirmation emails to track your order's delivery. In some cases, it can take 24 hours or more to update within the shipper's logistics system. Items shipped via USPS on or near federal holidays may be impacted by USPS operations.

Shipping Speed & Shipping Options

Simply put, we ship your order the fastest possible method using USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground services. Shipments cannot be made by UPS to PO Boxes. In these cases, we will ship your order out USPS. We do not offer next day or express shipments - sorry!

Shipping Delivery Times

All orders are shipped from Charleston, SC. Delivery is typically 2-3 days for most of the United States. Next day delivery is typical for Charleston and most South Carolina addresses. It can take up to 7-10 days for deliver to western states. Please check your delivery confirmation email to track your shipment's expected delivery date. It is rare, but longer delays by USPS can happen. We ask for your patience with this and wait at least 10 days before requesting a replacement for your order. We want to make sure you're happy so we will gladly ship a replacement out once it's clear your package will not arrive.

Items not received or damaged

Most orders include shipping insurance that we pay for. In the rare event an order is lost or damaged, we may ask you to submit a lost or damaged shipment request with the shipping provider so that we can be reimbursed. Please reach out. We may ask your assistance with this before we ship out a replacement. Things happen. Nobody's perfect. We ask for patience with our shipping partners, USPS and UPS, as they are doing their best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
