Due to South Carolina food laws, returns of packaged food cannot be accepted. Don't worry, you can keep the product if you're unhappy for any reason, or if you can't use it, we kindly ask you to share it with someone who can.

Damages and Delivery Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may make it right. All orders are shipped via trackable carrier (USPS and UPS) and a tracking confirmation number is emailed to you once the item has shipped. Please give it 24 hours for the package to enter the logistic stream to see estimated arrival dates and current location status. Shipping damage does occur on occasion so we ask you to let us know if your package did not arrive in acceptable condition. Rarely, packages are lost by our shipping partners. In the event of a lost package, please let us know so we can track it down and make a claim on your behalf, while we ship a replacement product out immediately.
